Community Profile: Discovery Ridge

Situated in the southwest quadrant of Calgary, Discovery Ridge is established on the Jackson Valley land, intended to be a gated community and originally called New Discovery. Discovery Ridge founded in 1990, is home to an estimate of 4,000 residents. Up and coming and family oriented, Discovery Ridge has one school in their community, Montessori. However, many options for schools just outside the neighbourhood including, Jennie Elliot Elementary, Bishop Pinkham Junior High, and Ernest Manning High School. A great community with multiple amenities, restaurants, coffee shops, and dance studio. Any larger amenities are just a quick drive out the gates.

Community Profile: Beltline

From the Rocky Mountains to Calgary’s beautiful skyline, this Condo, situated in the Beltline, boasts all kinds of views. Community Profile: Elbow Park

From historic bungalows to modern day homes, Elbow Park is one of Calgary’s oldest communities, in fact, Elbow Park was once considered the outskirts of Calgary, decades ago, Elbow Park was the country side. Today it is now one of the most sought after southwest inner-city communities. It houses roughly 3100 residents with bike paths that can lead to trendy shopping, such as its neighbouring community, Mission; to ride along the Elbow river.
